Grand Prix Cycliste de Québec

The Grand Prix Cycliste de Québec brings WorldTour racing into the historic centre of Québec City, using a demanding circuit of repeated climbs, fast descents and technical streets overlooking the St. Lawrence River. First held in 2010, the race has become one of the principal fixtures of professional cycling in North America.

Around the Peloton explores the race through the city that gives it its distinctive identity, from the fortifications and streets of Old Québec to the Plains of Abraham and the legacy of New France. Each lap passes through a landscape shaped by colonial rivalry, military history and centuries of French Canadian culture, making Québec far more than a backdrop to the racing.
